PeroXcity is a professional-grade hydrogen peroxide concentrate — a fantastic alternative to bleach — that you mix on site with water and our Part B Accelerator. Dial the strength to the job, from everyday house washes to hood and dumpster cleanups, and let the oxygen reaction do the work. No hard scrubbing, no pressure washing.
PeroXcity ships as a two-part concentrate kit: Part A (35% hydrogen peroxide) and Part B Accelerator. Mix with water on site, and the reaction starts the moment it hits the surface.
Add Part A to a clean plastic container, then add clean water to your target ratio — 1:4, 1:3, or 1:2 depending on the job. Add Part B Accelerator per the chart and stir or agitate for about a minute. Avoid well water.
See mix ratio guideApply generously and evenly to a dry surface using a plastic sprayer — never metal. Start with a 10′×10′ test area. Oxygen creates foam as it reacts with contamination.
Plastic sprayer onlyAllow about 15 minutes of contact time. A stiff brush or broom ensures uniform contact on stubborn spots if needed — harsh scrubbing isn't required. Keep the surface wet with foam and avoid direct sunlight where possible.
~15 min dwellRinse the area with a hose. Repeat in small sections until the entire surface is clean — PeroXcity keeps working in the pores of the surface even after you've moved on.

One formula, four kinds of jobs. Environmentally friendly enough for the inside of a home, strong enough for a commercial kitchen line.
Part A ships at 35% hydrogen peroxide. Add water and Part B Accelerator on site and you control the finished strength — 1:4 for everyday work, 1:2 when the job calls for maximum oxygen power.

A gentler alternative to chlorine bleach cleaners — safe for kids and pets, and easy on the plants around your job site.
The oxygen reaction does the lifting. A stiff brush ensures uniform contact when needed — pressure washing isn't required.

Formulated to be safe for aquatic environments, making it a fit for docks, marinas, and other waterfront structures where fish, plants, and water quality are a concern.
Unlike chlorine-bleach disinfectants, PeroXcity doesn't release irritating fumes — more comfortable to work with in enclosed or occupied spaces.
Built to break down animal-fat grease on hoods, grease traps, floors, and dining areas — no hard abrasives, acids, or bleach required.
PeroXcity is engineered by in-house formulation chemists and produced domestically — a fantastic alternative to bleach that's replaced it on job sites across the country. Shipping as concentrate means less freight and more finished product per dollar: every gallon of Part A becomes up to five gallons of cleaner, and once mixed it stays active for months.
